Dried Molokhia- Also known as jute leaf, molokhia is native to  Egypt and the Middle East. Molokhia was used as far back as the 14th century Arabic world. It has been made into a very popular dish, that was a lasting favorite for years. The dish consists of meat, and rice. 

Nutritionally, this vegetable is an excellent source of calcium and phosphorus. Fibre from molokhia plants have been used to make fabrics, carpet,  and paper.

Dried molokhia tastes similar to spinach.
