Sumac is often used in Middle Eastern cuisines to impart a citrusy tangy flavor and aroma to meats and kabobs. Other popular uses of Sumac include flavoring hummus and salads as well as the staple spice blend

Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) is a flowering plant most commonly cultivated for it's cooking oil, the petals of which can be used to create vibrant shades of pink, coral and yellow.

Anise Seeds 100g
Anise is an annual herb that is cultivated widely throughout the world. Anise is a plant that from the same family as carrots, celery and parsley. Not to be confused with Star Anise.

Moroccan Thyme 60g
Thyme is a member of the mint family grown as a culinary herb and an ornamental groundcover. Dried thyme leaf is added to tea blends, soups, stews and sauces and pairs especially well with eggs and cheese.
