Aloe Oil

Aloe Vera Oil is Aloe Vera extract infused into a carrier oil. It is light and slipping rather than heavy, and its scent is faint and clean, a cool green note like the inside of a freshly cut aloe leaf, mild enough that it never competes with whatever is blended into it.

It is made by infusing extract from the leaf of Aloe barbadensis into a base oil, so the finished oil carries the light, fresh character of the aloe plant in a spreadable form.

How to use it

Use it as a carrier oil for essential oil blends, in skincare where it absorbs cleanly and leaves the skin soft, in hair care formulations, and in aromatherapy and relaxation products for its light, fresh scent. It blends with Lavender, Tea Tree and Chamomile. Technique tip: it makes a good base when you want the blend to smell only of the essential oil, since its own scent is close to neutral.
