Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because our spices, herbs, teas, nuts and oils are food and personal-care products, opened items cannot be returned.

To start a return, email info@ameenfoods.ca with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.

Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
