Ameen Foods Alumuay Zaatar is a textured blend of sesame, wheat bran, fennel, roasted chickpeas, sunflower seeds, coriander, citric acid, anise, sumac and thyme. The seed-and-chickpea base adds a nutty character, while the herbs and sumac bring a savoury, tangy finish.
