Mixed Herbal Tea
A herb and flower infusion of sage leaves, hibiscus, rose petals, verbena, chamomile, lavender and peppermint. The dry blend looks like potpourri and brews a light pink. The taste is floral and gently tart with a clean cooling finish from the peppermint.
Each ingredient contributes something distinct: sage an earthy note, hibiscus gentle tartness, rose petals a soft floral aroma, verbena a hint of lemon, and chamomile and lavender a mellow sweetness. Made with 100% natural ingredients.
How to use it
Brew one heaped teaspoon per cup in water just off the boil and steep 4 to 5 minutes. It is good hot as a comforting cup and equally good chilled over ice as a light refresher. Caffeine-free, so it suits any time of day. Technique tip: keep the steep short. Sage and lavender both turn soapy and medicinal past five minutes, and this blend is better slightly under-brewed than over.
