Floral Blend
A floral blend of ylang ylang, geranium and rose. The scent is rich and heady, closest to a bunch of garden roses in a warm room: creamy, banana-sweet ylang ylang, green rosy geranium, and true rose sitting deep underneath.
Ylang ylang gives the rich, sweet, slightly exotic note, geranium a fresh and slightly herbaceous rosiness, and rose the deep floral base that ties the three together.
How to use it
Diffuse 3 to 5 drops for an enveloping floral room scent, dilute to 1 to 2% in a carrier oil for a massage or body oil, or use it as the heart note in a natural perfume or a skincare formulation. Technique tip: ylang ylang dominates fast, so if you are extending the blend put the carrier down first and add the blend drop by drop, checking the scent between additions rather than pouring to a measure.
