Khaak Sheer- Native to Europe and Eastern Asia, this is also known as Mugwort Seed, is it from the type of cruciate plants at heights of between twenty centimetre to one meter, which automatically grows in desert or gardens. It was used all over the world during Medieval times to protect travellers against evil spirits, and wild animals.
It can be made into a tea or a sweet drink to quench your thirst. It is also used to make dumplings in China, to season goose in Germany, and in Japan in rice cakes and various desserts.
