Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery frequency you choose at checkout, and your saved payment method is charged for each order before it ships.

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. To cancel, skip, pause, or change the frequency or items in a subscription, sign in to your account and open the Subscriptions section, or email us at info@ameenfoods.ca and we will make the change for you.

To stop an upcoming order, please cancel at least 24 hours before its scheduled renewal date. Cancellation applies to future orders. Any order that has already been processed will still be shipped and is covered by our Refund Policy.
