Organic Honeydew Tea is a fruity loose blend of white tea with apple pieces, orange peel, lemongrass, licorice root and rose petals. It is named for its soft, sweet and juicy honeydew-like character: bright citrus from the orange peel and lemongrass, a light floral note from the rose and a natural sweetness from the licorice root, over a delicate white tea base.
The base is true white tea, so this blend contains naturally occurring caffeine.
How to use it
Brew in water just off the boil, around 85 to 90°C, adjusting the amount of blend to taste, and steep for four to five minutes before straining. It is lovely hot and even better iced: brew it a little stronger and pour it straight over ice for a fruity summer refresher.
