Shilajit Resin

Ameen Foods Shilajit Resin is sourced from Mongolia and has a dark colour, dense resinous texture and earthy mineral aroma. Also known as mumiyo or mineral pitch, shilajit has a long history in traditional botanical practice. It is a blackish-brown, naturally occurring substance found in the rock layers of high mountain ranges, including the Himalayas and the Altai. It is known as shilajatu in Ayurveda and as mumiyo in Central Asian and Russian tradition, and it naturally contains humic substances such as fulvic acid, along with trace minerals.

Product details

This listing offers resin rather than loose pieces or powder. Choose the 30g glass jar or 30g minimal-packaging option when ordering. The two options contain the same listed quantity; the packaging format differs. The resin is firm when cool and softens with warmth, so it can turn brittle in a cold room and tacky on a warm day. Both are normal for a natural resin.

Origin: Mongolia. Form: Resin. Net weight: 30g.

Use only according to the directions supplied with your product. Keep the container closed between uses and store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Take resin from the jar with a clean, dry utensil, since moisture can change its texture. If the resin has hardened, leave the closed jar somewhere warm for a few minutes and it will soften again. Keep out of reach of children.
